Cairo - Giza: 85 Egyptian pounds

Delta governorates: 95 Egyptian pounds

Upper Egypt governorates: 120 Egyptian pounds

Red Sea, South Sinai, North Coast: 200 Egyptian pounds

Shipping fees are payable as a deposit before order confirmation.

Please try the products before accepting them and check their size, quality, and material before the courier leaves and before payment, as we do not offer exchange or return services after receipt.

If you do not wish to keep the product for any reason, please return it with the courier.

If your order has been paid for and you have tried the item but do not want it for any reason, you must return the items with the courier and not accept them. You should then request a refund via WhatsApp. The refund will be processed to your original payment method as soon as the shipping company returns the order to us. Shipping costs will be deducted, plus a 10 EGP return fee. This may take up to 10 business days.

Important Note: This is the only way to return any item.

If you want a different color or size, return the product with the courier and do not accept it. Then, place a new order for the different color or size on the website.

If your order has already been paid for, you must return the items with the courier and not accept them. Place a new order on the website for the different color, size, or item you want. You must contact us via WhatsApp and send us the new order number so we can mark it as paid for you and add any price difference, along with the shipping fees.

We do not offer exchange or refund services after you have received your order. The order is delivered by the courier.

For any reason, please inspect the item thoroughly before accepting and paying for it!

However, if the item is damaged, torn, a different color than ordered, or has any stains, return it immediately with the courier and do not accept it. We will not be able to assist you if you accept it in this condition. We reiterate that there are no exchanges or returns after you have received the product. Of course, we will refund the shipping cost if there are any problems with the returned item.

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a message via WhatsApp confirming that your order has been shipped. If you request cancellation, you will not receive a refund for the shipping cost. If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so before it is shipped. In this case, you will receive a full refund for the shipping cost.
