OUR POLICY

We ask that you try on the products before receiving them and check their size, quality, and material before the courier leaves and before paying.

If you do not wish to keep the product, return it with the courier. You will only pay the shipping fees. (Even if your order has already been paid for.)

If your order has been paid for and you have tried on the item and are not satisfied with it for any reason, you must return the items with the courier and not receive them. You must request a refund via WhatsApp. The amount will be refunded in the same method of payment as soon as the courier returns the order to us. The shipping fee will be deducted if it is not paid to the courier during the return of the order.

Very Important Note: This is the only way to return any item!

If you would like a different color or size, simply return the product with the courier and pay only the shipping costs. Then, order the other color or size from the website as a new order (even if your order has already been paid for).

If your order has been paid for, you must return the items with the courier and not receive them. You must then place a new order from the website with the color, size, or other item you want. You must contact us via WhatsApp with the new order number so we can mark it as paid for and add the price difference, if any.

We do not offer exchanges or refunds after you receive your order from the courier.

However, if the product is damaged or torn, return it with the courier and you will not be charged any shipping fees.
