What is your exchange or refund policy?
OUR POLICY
We ask that you try on the products before receiving them and check their size, quality, and material before the courier leaves and before paying.
If you do not wish to keep the product, return it with the courier. You will only pay the shipping fees. (Even if your order has already been paid for.)
If your order has been paid for and you have tried on the item and are not satisfied with it for any reason, you must return the items with the courier and not receive them. You must request a refund via WhatsApp. The amount will be refunded in the same method of payment as soon as the courier returns the order to us. The shipping fee will be deducted if it is not paid to the courier during the return of the order.

Very Important Note: This is the only way to return any item!
If you would like a different color or size, simply return the product with the courier and pay only the shipping costs. Then, order the other color or size from the website as a new order (even if your order has already been paid for).
If your order has been paid for, you must return the items with the courier and not receive them. You must then place a new order from the website with the color, size, or other item you want. You must contact us via WhatsApp with the new order number so we can mark it as paid for and add the price difference, if any.

We do not offer exchanges or refunds after you receive your order from the courier.

What are the washing and general care instructions for your fabrics?
Instructions for cleaning and handling fabrics
Washing Clothes
Avoid using the washing machine to wash linen and its derivatives, and cotton and its derivatives. It is preferable to wash them separately outside the washing machine. When washing linen or cotton for the first time, do so outside the washing machine, and avoid chlorine altogether.
It is best to dry clean all of our items in general.
Raw linen or raw denim are exceptional materials because they are not mixed with any other materials. You will notice that they are rough, thick, and inelastic at first, but with repeated washing, they will become softer and more flexible.
Viscose cotton should not be hung on a hanger because it is very delicate and prone to wrinkling very easily. However, it is most suitable for summer due to its lightness.
Hot/Cold Water
Avoid using hot water for washing. Clothes should be washed in very cold water to avoid shrinkage, especially for viscose cotton.
Hanging Clothes
Cotton fabrics are known to wrinkle easily, so it's better and more efficient to iron and then hang them on a hanger rather than folding them, especially for items made of viscose cotton.
Ironing
Iron clothes at the appropriate temperature for the fabric type, preferably the lowest setting. Use an ironing cloth to protect delicate or even thick fabrics.
Viscose cotton items should be ironed thoroughly after multiple washes, as they shrink and return to their original size after thorough ironing.
Storage
Store clothes in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight to prevent color fading and fabric damage.

SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are shipped every Saturday, Monday, and Wednesday at 6 p.m.
Delivery within Cairo takes 7 business days.
Delivery outside Cairo takes 10 business days.
Notes:
Business days are Sunday to Thursday, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, and official or weekly holidays.
Customer service team hours (Instagram, Facebook, Email, and WhatsApp) are from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., Sunday to Thursday.

Delta governorates: 95 Egyptian pounds
Upper Egypt governorates: 120 Egyptian pounds
Red Sea, South Sinai, North Coast: 200 Egyptian pounds

Nature of manufacturing and customization?
We manufacture our products on pre-order, so customization is possible.
But note that we only customize sizes from the design; custom designs other than those listed on the website are not permitted!
Some information and notes about customization ...
- Your exact sizes must be provided in cm, as no exchanges or refunds are allowed for a custom item under any circumstances!
-Before ordering a customization, you must have checked the material and design of the item first, as we are not responsible for any dissatisfaction with the material or design after customizing it to your size!
- The full amount of the item must be transferred before we begin customizing your piece. Customization is a fee of EGP 250, added to the original price of the item on the website, as we create a custom pattern for you.
- Custom-sized items cannot be exchanged or refunded for any reason.
- You cannot check a custom item in the presence of the courier, as the item is custom-made for you.
- If the courier agrees to open the shipment in violation of our policy and you return the item with him, you are not entitled to claim the amount paid, and it will not be refunded. If you wish us to resend the item to you, that is your right, and we will do so, but you will have to pay the shipping costs twice.
