Instructions for cleaning and handling fabrics
Washing Clothes
Avoid using the washing machine to wash linen and cotton
It is preferable to wash them separately outside the washing machine. The first time you wash linen or cotton, it must be outside the washing machine. Avoid chlorine completely.
The best thing is to dry clean.
Hot/Cold Water
Absolutely avoid using hot water for washing. Items should be washed with very cold water to avoid shrinkage.
Hanging Clothes
It is known that cotton fabrics wrinkle easily, so it is better and more efficient to iron them and then hang them on a hanger rather than fold them.
Ironing
Iron clothes on the appropriate heat setting for the fabric type and use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics.
Do not expose fabrics to high temperatures for any reason to avoid damaging them.
Store
Store clothes in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading and damage.

Orders are shipped on Sunday, and Wednesday of every week at 11 p.m
Delivery inside Cairo takes 7 working days
Delivery outside Cairo takes 10 working days

Nature of manufacturing and customization?
We manufacture our products on pre-order, so customization is possible.
But note that we only customize sizes from the design; custom designs other than those listed on the website are not permitted!
Some information and notes about customization ... - Your exact sizes must be provided in cm, as no exchanges or refunds are allowed for a custom item under any circumstances! -Before ordering a customization, you must have checked the material and design of the item first, as we are not responsible for any dissatisfaction with the material or design after customizing it to your size! - The full amount of the item must be transferred before we begin customizing your piece. Customization is a fee of EGP 250, added to the original price of the item on the website, as we create a custom pattern for you. - Custom-sized items cannot be exchanged or refunded for any reason. - You cannot check a custom item in the presence of the courier, as the item is custom-made for you. - If the courier agrees to open the shipment in violation of our policy and you return the item with him, you are not entitled to claim the amount paid, and it will not be refunded. If you wish us to resend the item to you, that is your right, and we will do so, but you will have to pay the shipping costs twice.
